Services Presentation

Three main services are proposed depending on the project scale.

Each service includes an existing plan and  one per proposed solution. All of the plans are drawn by hand, they are clear and we use a color code to provide a good comprehension. The number of ideas is not limited and depends only on the project possibilities.

- PASTEL: at a room scale.

This service is dedicated to the conception and idea search for a given room,

e.g. a bathroom, a kitchen, an office, a bedroom, a dressing room a play room, a living room... any rooms can be designated in this service, independently from their size (up to 70m2, c.f. foot note 1) and their function.

This could be a shower addition in a bathroom, a new living space layout, a bedroom functionality improvement thanks to a zone definition like the sleeping zone, a working zone and a storage zone, it can also be to re-think your office layout  to obtain a better efficiency in your work…. It is up to you to define your needs and transmit them to us!

- GRAPHITE: A group of rooms on the same level without any interactions with the exterior.

This service is focused on the interaction between different spaces.

Appartments, offices, retail units… if you are not fully satisfied of the utilisation of your spaces, you want to add new spaces/rooms; you have a new need, a new person in your family; your status has changed and your spaces need to meet your new criterias, GRAPHITE is putting forward a global and complete reflection on all of the spaces you have.

As Pastel service, GRAPHITE is dedicated to every type of spaces independently from their sizes (Up to 200m2, c.f. note foot page 1) and their functions but are restrained to an internal space on one storey.

-FUSAIN: A group of rooms on different levels with interactions with the exterior.

FUSAIN is similar to GRAPHITE but considers a group of spaces integrating several storeys and/or demands a reflection on the accesses from/to the outside. It could also involves editing on openings, changes on facades, extensions, winter gardens…

From a dwelling to a commercial unit and including artist studios, workshops, offices…etc, FUSAIN is dedicated to every kind of spaces independently from their sizes and their functions. (Up to 200m2, c.f. foot note 1).
